Quran Learning Services: Delivery & Policies

At itsislamquranacademy, we are committed to providing high-quality Quran learning services. To ensure clarity and transparency, we have outlined our delivery policy below:


1. Service Delivery Mode


  • Online Classes: Quran learning will primarily be conducted through online platforms (Zoom, Skype, Google Meet, etc.) or any other platform agreed upon by both parties. Students will be provided with a link to the class prior to the scheduled time.

  • Recorded Lessons: In cases of missed classes, students will have access to recorded sessions (when available) on the designated platform.


2. Lesson Schedule


   Lessons will be scheduled based on the availability of the student and the instructor.      A mutual agreement on the preferred timing will be reached before the course             begins.


    Any rescheduling of classes requires at least 24 hours’ notice from either party.


3. Payment Terms


  • Payment for Quran learning services should be made in advance via the accepted methods (bank transfer, PayPal, etc.). Payment must be completed before any lessons begin.
  • For monthly plans, payment should be received at the start of the month.


5. Technical Issues

  • In case of technical difficulties (internet connectivity, platform failure, etc.) during an online session, both parties will work to resolve the issue. If the session cannot be resumed within 15 minutes, the session will be rescheduled at no extra cost to the student.


6. Course Material

  • The student will be provided with any required course materials, including the Quranic text, learning resources, and assignments, either through email or a shared platform.
  • All students are encouraged to have their own Quran for practice purposes, but if necessary, digital resources will be provided.


7. Student Conduct

  • Students are expected to maintain a respectful and focused attitude during all lessons.
  • Inappropriate behavior may result in termination of services without a refund, depending on the severity of the issue.


8. Privacy and Confidentiality

  • Personal information provided by students will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent, except where required by law.
  • All online lessons will be conducted in private sessions to maintain student privacy.


9. Custom Services

  • Any specific requirements or custom learning plans should be discussed prior to the beginning of the course. We strive to tailor lessons according to the student's pace, goals, and learning preferences.
